ENQUIRY/QUOTE

APPLICATION

Electronically submit all application documents.

 

ENGAGEMENT

When an application is "properly made" a notice of engagement will be issued.

 

ASSESSMENT

Assessment of the application will commence. 

 

APPLICATIONS

Any required applications are made eg. Plumbing & Drainage and the Energy Efficiency Assessment.

 

APPROVED OR REQUEST FOR INFORMATION

Within 5 days applications are assessed. The application will either be ready for approval or a request for information will be issued.

 

DECISION

The application is approved, electronically stamped and emailed to all parties.

 

CONSTRUCTION

Building work commences.

 

MANDATORY INSPECTIONS

Mandatory stage inspections are performed. Footing, Slab, Frame and Final. All relevant certificates are required prior to issuing Form 16 Stage Inspection Certificates.

 

COMPLETION

Form 21/11 issued to relevant parties.
